What began in 2005 as a single circuit board facility has grown into a global manufacturing network spanning five specialized plants across multiple regions. Each of our facilities is purpose-built for a specific production type , quick-turn prototypes, high-volume HDI, flex and rigid-flex assemblies, medium-volume production, and metal clad boards , so the right facility builds the right job.
In 2017, we established Allfavor Technology, Inc. in Schaumburg, Illinois , our US subsidiary that brings the entire global network within reach of American customers. US-based engineering, sales, and warehousing means our customers get same-time-zone collaboration backed by a manufacturing footprint that can scale from prototype to production volume.
Today, more than fifteen hundred skilled employees across our facilities serve customers ranging from Fortune 500 OEMs to emerging hardware startups. Where it all started. The Shenzhen facility laid the foundation for the company , fast-turn rigid PCB manufacturing serving customers needing prototype and quick-turn production runs. Today it remains our quick-turn specialist, holding IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certifications.
Eight years after launch, we expanded into flex and rigid-flex manufacturing , opening up new applications across wearables, medical devices, and complex assemblies that demand bend-radius engineering. Fully certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
Our US headquarters opened in Schaumburg, IL , bringing engineering, sales, and warehousing into the same time zone as our American customers. US-based stocking programs, consignment inventory, and engineering support all run from here.
Our newest mainland facility , purpose-built for high-volume production and HDI work. The most heavily certified plant in the network: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 (medical devices), and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety).
Our planned expansion , a 15,000 square meter facility in Samut Prakan, Thailand with capacity for 40,000 square meters of rigid PCB production per month and 300+ employees. Diversifying our manufacturing footprint to better serve customers needing geographic flexibility in their supply chain.

Every spec sheet we publish is a number we measure. Twelve in-house testing methods on every order , from AOI to thermal stress to bond strength. The tolerances we promise are the tolerances we ship.
